Our Story

Nestled in the heart of the Western Cape's Swartland district, Koringberg is a tranquil village defined by its golden landscapes and rural charm. Founded in 1923 at "Warren’s Camp," the town gained its independence when the community broke away from the Dutch Reformed Church in nearby Moorreesburg.

The name Koringberg translates directly to "Wheat Mountain", a tribute to the rolling cereal fields that turn lush green in winter and brilliant gold in summer.
